an innovative program that combines resistance training, fat-burning
cardio workouts, and balanced nutrition to transform both your body and
self-image. Designed to encompass every aspect of heath and weight loss,
from the food you consume to your metabolic output, Jason’s complete
program will help you become fit, strong, and healthy for good.
Understanding that many clients have struggled with weight loss, Jason's
boot camp emphasizes high-energy motivation in an atmosphere of support
to get you on track and in those skinny jeans.
Our fat-shredding workouts are set at a different location in Santa
Monica each day based on that's day primary activity, you'll participate
in an energizing mix of cross training and cardiovascular exercise
designed to melt away the pounds quickly and safely. Surrounded by
individuals with like-minded goals, you'll have fun as you meet new
people and take on accountability. Typical results include a loss of 20
pounds of body fat in eight weeks or less, doubling of strength, and a
tripling of cardiovascular capability. With a time-tested curriculum, a
built-in support group, and a hefty dose of individual attention, you’ll
tone muscle, lose fat, and increase energy for a leaner, healthier, and

My boot camp incorporates
workouts focusing on
running, stairs, sprinting, calisthenics drills, TRX bodyweight
suspension training at
multiple Santa Monica locations including the Santa Monica stairs, the
beach, the parks, and other outside locations.
You can attend any number of
days per week you wish.
