Friday : 6AM, 7 AM TRX

Saturday : 8:30 AM Beach Workout

My boot camp incorporates workouts focusing on running, stairs, sprinting, calisthenics drills, TRX bodyweight suspension training at multiple Santa Monica locations including the Santa Monica stairs, the beach, the parks, and other outside locations. 

You can attend any number of days per week you wish.

What's the difference between Jason Kozma's Los Angeles Boot Camp 8 Week Intensive Fat Loss Program and what other boot camps provide?
