Personal Training Guru Jason Kozma has over twenty years experience in bodyshaping and fat loss techniques.  Jason's High Performance Trainers are an elite group of Los Angeles Personal Trainers that Jason has recruited and taught his ground-breaking training methods. 

Jason and his crew can be considered artists, sculpting bodies out of flab. Any client of Jason’s who is 100% dedicated can look forward to being rewarded with amazing results. His plan can’t be packaged into boxes and bought off the shelf, but rather personalized specifically for each client. Like a fine tailor, Jason customizes training programs and nutrition plans, made to order for each problem area. This program is completely results oriented designed to shed fat, tone, while teaching the client to maintain the completed sculpture after it’s done. Weights are combined with nutrition and cardio specialized to chisel your unique problem areas.


High Performance Trainers have at least ten years of personal training experience and can make anyone reach their fitness goals.  Over the years, Jason and his team have designed and implemented nutritional and exercise programs for clients with various capabilities and limitations.  They have worked with people of all ages, from the elderly to high school and collegiate athletes.

When I started working with Jason and Morgan I wanted to lose about 5 - 10 pounds.  I thought I would just tone up, and feel more energetic.  I started out going through the motions at first, and complaining about not getting to eat my favorite foods.  I did not follow the nutritional recommendations, until I finally just decided to give in to it one day.  After about the 3rd work I noticed how much more energy I had, and the weight just came off easily!  I then noticed a significant change in my body shape and definition, and others took notice as well.  I am now at a size 0, and I am feeling as young as I did in high school!!  I get compliments from everyone, and I feel hot!!

Morgan is a great trainer.  He is fun, energetic, and caring.  He always makes sure you are getting what you need, and feeling pain where you need to!  He changes things up so you are never bored, and before you know it, your hour is up, and you feel ready to take on the day.  This has been such a life affirming experience, and I am so glad I met both Jason and Morgan, and I thank them for giving me a model's body, and what I plan on being a life time commitment to great health!

For years I have used the Stairmaster which has allowed me to eat basically what I want and not gain weight.  Yet, as a mother of two and closing in on my 44th birthday, I noticed that my body had lost much of its tone. So, as a special gift to myself, I decided to jumpstart my body by losing a little weight while firming it up, yet I knew I needed help.  Through a Google search I found Jason.  After our first meeting, I felt I could put my health and fitness goals into his hands, his enthusiasm and professionalism had me sold.  He put me on a rigorous program that included nutrition, cardio and weights. He explained how all three are essential ingredients in achieving a higher and healthier state of fitness.

Because weight training is one important part of this program, he put me in touch with an excellent trainer, Debby McKnight, who works out of a gym closer to my home.   She has a background in professional bodybuilding.  She’s extremely knowledgeable and dedicated.  She is also hands on which I truly appreciated. She made sure I was using proper body form while working out, not only to avoid injury, but to also give the targeted muscles the best workout possible.

Their support and expertise was invaluable in helping me not only achieve my short term goals but also create healthy lifestyle changes that will benefit me for the rest of my life.  Thanks you two!

I had worked with another personal trainer shortly after I had gotten engaged.  After 6 months, I did not achieve the results I was looking for because 1.)  I’m the type that needs strict discipline and they were more focused on developing a friendship with me 2.)  I did not have a diet plan that complemented my workout regimen.

 He did a body fat analysis (monitored every 2-3 weeks), put me on nutritional plan (which he monitors weekly), and a cardio + strengthening regimen.  You WILL start seeing a transformation within the first 2 weeks you start working with him.  He will make adjustments throughout the process as needed.  He is focused on your success, and he will motivate you to achieve your goals. 

 What I couldn’t achieve in 6 months, I achieved in 10 weeks working with Jason.  He brought my body fat down from 21% to 15%.  I now fit size 2 clothing & dropped 2 jean sizes.  Most importantly, I never felt better and looked great for my wedding day.
